The Location

Places of Interest
When you get to Tsarevo, aside from the wonderful beaches and deep blue warm seas, it is worth spending a day away from the beach, deep into Strandja Mountain. The mountain was declared as a natural park in 1995 (in fact being the largest one in Bulgaria) and is one of the least explored, which explains the richness and diversity of its wildlife. Finishing
The whole complex has an oblong and oval design. The overall appearance of the building is typical of the seaside architecture. The last 2 floors have, in addition, large terraces. The building has a reinforced concrete structure, the facades are covered with color silicate coats and wood edging and the balcony railings have metal frames and high quality fiberglass. There is high quality damp, heat, and sound insulation on the walls. The building group consists of four residential sections – A, B, D, E & F. Section C is the glass ceiling panoramic restaurant with a view to the sea and the town of Tsarevo.
