Maintenance Fee
Maintenance services are € 10,00 including VAT of 20% per sq. m. per year. This charge excludes private utility usage, insurance, local taxes, and rental management fees.
This service is covered by the annual community charge each apartment owner is obliged to pay.
Annual community charge for Management and Maintance of the common are:

- 1 Bed apartment - € 770,00
- 2 Bed apartment - € 990,00
- 3 Bed apartment - € 1140,00
- 4 Bed apartment - € 1330,00
In addition, HOMECARE provides professional services to the individual apartment owners either as standard packages and annual subscriptions or tailor-made programs including regular cleaning, rental management, payment of utilities bills, travel and leisure arrangements, rent-a-car, airport pick-up.
Payment Options
- Reservation fee - from € 2,000 to € 6,000 depending on the apartment's type
- 1st payment of 30% - payable within 10 calendar days of signing a preliminary contract
- 2nd payment of 70% - at transfer of ownership following Act 16
