Festa Premium Resort – Pomorie complex is situated along one of the most beautiful beaches of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, on the very shore of the sea. The holiday village offers apartments from 40 sq.m. to 130 sq.m. Available are 220 apartments- studios and one-bedroom apartments consisting of a sitting room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom. Most of them have a southern view and overlook the sea. The complex offers a large semi-underground parking place with separate cells. The apartments on sale can be used throughout the whole year.
The hotel occupies a central position within the holiday complex and has 37 double rooms and 10 apartments facing the sea with a magnificent view. The café and the cocktail bar are designed in the same gorgeous style, adding an elegant atmosphere to the complex. The Location
The resort of Pomorie, internationally renowned with its all year round curative Spa & Mud treatments and fine wines, is situated on a narrow rocky peninsula. Its 7km long sandy beach is spread over 18,700 square and encircles the Pomorie Bay. It is a fact that Pomorie`s firth medicinal mud and its properties are one of the most effective in the world. The well-established spa & balneology centers in the resort provide mud treatments for healing of joint & bone, cardio-vascular, gynecological, skin, liver and nervous illnesses.

The town of Pomorie has a population of 14 500 people. It was founded in IV century B.C. near the salty lake called by the ancient Thracians "holy" because of its healing properties. In its 25 century history Pomorie (until 1934 called Anhialo) has a turbulent history - a Greek colony, "civitas magna'' - a prosperous town in the Roman Empire, with the right to cut its own money, an important fortress of the First Bulgarian State, a witness of the battle near Aheloy in 917, pillaged and fired in 1366 from the Earl of Savoy.
MUD TREATMENT
Since Thracian times the area has been famous for its “holy” mud and its curative affects. The firth mud from the lake is one of the world’s most known and unique for its treatment effects. The healing properties of the Pomorie mud are the result of the cumulative effect of chemical, biological, electrodynamical and mechanical factors of the mud composition. Letting Company
Apartment owners can take advantage of the services of a letting company to make additional profit on their property, apart from the capital gain. The main office of the letting company will be located in the resort. The following is a typical list of duties carried out by the letting company:
- Servicing, cleaning of rooms, changing of towels (depending on the requirements of the tour operator)
- Electrical, plumbing and all other minor repairs
- Maintenance of furniture and fixtures within the apartment
- Meter readings for water and electricity
- Transfer of rent received to an account specified by the client.
