Dividends – the owners receive a dividend at the end of the year, 6% of the amount they invested. This dividend is guaranteed for the first 2-3 years, free of duties and taxes. Its rate is expected to reach 8-10% in the following years.

When buying a dwelling the clients should sign a management contract with ROLA Ltd., which contract will guarantee the year-round occupation of the complex as well as their dividend.

Taxes – The owners pay between 10-12 Euro per day (10 Euro for studio, 12 Euro for large apartment) for public utilities – electricity, water, security, common areas, only during the days they use the apartments.
When they do not use their dwelling they do not pay anything.
