Maintenance Fee
Clients who have bought apartments in the building group “Privilege Fort Beach” pay an annual fee, which is spent for the following:
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
- Maintenance of the swimming pools
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Using of the swimming pools
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building
- Ventilation of the apartments during owner’s absence
- Using the sun beds/lounges and the parasol sunshades by the swimming pools
The fee is in amount of € 12 (excl. VAT 20%) per square meter per year with the following discounts:
- € 10 (excl. VAT 20%) per square meter for each apartment a year – for advance payment for 3 years
- € 8 (excl. VAT 20%) per square meter for each apartment a year – for advance payment for 5 years
Payment Options:
Option 1 (Standard)
- Reservation fee - €1,000 (£750.00)
- 1st payment of 35% - due within three weeks from the date of the signing of Reservation Agreement
- 2nd payment of 35% - due at finishing of the roofing works (September 2008)
- Last payment of 30% - due at completion of the complex (March 2010)
Finishing
The apartment buildings are built of steel-concrete construction and roof of “Bardolin”. The outer walls of the buildings are isolated with 4 cm thermo-isolation. The building group consists of 3 sections – A1-A5, B1-B6, and C1-C5.
The cost of the following completing works is included in the price of each apartment:
Hall:

- Walls – cork
- Ceiling – latex paint
Bathroom:

- Walls – tiles to the ceiling

The bedroom furniture is the same as for a 1 Bed unit however with extra furniture for the 2nd bedroom which is slightly different.

Notes:
The price is for a kitchen set with white appliances.
The furniture is produced and delivered by the Polish company BRW.
For Classic package the appliances and the television set (20” LCD) are produced by the company NEO.
For Exclusive Julia & Kamelia package the kitchen appliances are Indesit, Samsung and Electrolux. The television sets (20” LCD) are produced by the company Samsung.
