Rockarch Estates is a full service, London city-based real estate consultancy specializing in sourcing land, commercial property and international award winning ski, golf, spa, coastal and city developments within Bulgaria.

As a Bulgarian-owned property practice established in 2001, Rockarch Estates can make an invaluable input and analysis on the present, and future Bulgarian property market trends and assist business partners in the acquisition of new sites within Bulgaria.

We seek investment opportunities based on partnership or investment only.

We are proud to sponsor the 2007 Trade Guide for Bulgaria, in association with the UK Trade & Investment, and the British-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and to be the first point of contact for UK companies wishing to acquire land, commercial and residential properties, or to fund, invest or co-invest in various leisure, hospital and commercial projects within Bulgaria.

In 2005 Rockarch Estates was proud to achieve the most coveted prize in the property industry; The Bentley International Property Award for "Best Bulgarian Sports Development", with one of our exclusive projects the All Seasons Club in the ski resort of Bansko.

In 2006 Rockarch Estates relocated to its new executive offices situated half way between Bank and Liverpool Street stations for easy accessibility for our clients. The location is in the heart of the City of London, neighbouring the old Stock Exchange, Bank of England and the head quarters of all the major international banks and financial institutions.

In 2006 Rockarch Estates achieved for a second consecutive year, The International Property Award for "Best Bulgarian Real Estate Agency" sponsored by The Daily Mail.

“Guess where we have been during Half Term............

It was so lovely to go out to the house and know that it is now ours :)

The children really loved it. The boys loved splashing about in muddy puddles and Isabel loved watching all the animals going up and down the road :). We had lovely sunny weather while we were out there and the Beech trees looked beautiful in all their autumn colors.

The neighbours were really friendly and gave us milk, jam and wood for the fire, I really need to start learning Bulgarian so that I can thank them properly as "Merci" seemed very inadequate.

We went into a furniture factory in Teteven and ordered some beds, bedside tables and wardrobes which was great fun as we can only say yes, no, please and thank you in Bulgarian and they could only say I love you in English!!!! We got by with lots of actions and drawings!

We are hoping to go out again around New Year, so next time we might see the house in the snow!
